for your one to two hr usage you dont need bsnl 3G data usb card. Buy a bsnl simcard (postpaid or prepaid connection) and enable 3g data plan.
browse web through mobile wherever you go. if you want pc / laptop to use 3G connect phone to PC through phone cable or bluetoorth. you can easily browse net from PC.
Buy bsnl 3G data usb card only for the dedeicated/exclusive use in PC/Laptop. If you have 3G enabled phone, you can connect to 3G from your laptop through your mobile.
PLZ AT THE MOMENT BSNL IS VERY BAD! Caveat Emptor! DO NOT PURCHASE BSNL 3G DEVICE SHOWN IN PIC ABOVE HUGE COMPLAINTS PENDING AGAINST IT. SPEEDS ARE VERY LOW EVERYWHERE DUE TO OVERLOAD

BSNL really sucks! there is no proper tariff plans. Moreover browsing speed also not satisfying. so better to chose Tata photon plus or reliance.
